The Manager app is the main app to control all your fleet and deliveries.

Then register in the app:

After registration - connect your couriers:

This is very simple and this is something that the couriers do themselves.

First, the courier needs to download the app from the App Store or

Then, the courier does a short registration process:

Then you wait for the verification code that will send to your phone and you need to choose the right Brance name.

The branch name is the name of the business of the employer.

Ask your employer what's to write.

After the registration, you will need to wait for your employer to confirm your account in the manager app:

In the manager app, open the menu> Runners> notification> Confirm the new courier

Then click on the small notification icon on the top:

Then confirm all the couriers that sent a request.

The couriers need to login after they have been aproved and switch to available.

After the courier is coupled he will see his first address and his deliveries he needs to pick up(If he doesn't see the deliveries like the picture below he will need to drag up the pick up point).

Later he will need to verify and mark the deliveries and then he will be able to swipe on "i've got the deliveries".

Now, when all your couriers work with the app, you can start to deliver.

First you need to create a User for your pickup points.

you can do that by clicking on the menu and then on pickup points.

fill the details (the email is the username), once you sign in to the restaurant app you can create your first delivery.

After that login in to the app click on the green plus on the screen

Then, fill the phone number of your client:

Now fill the information:

The Active, Waiting, Coupled, and Delivered will help you navigate between all the currently active deliveries.

First of all, make sure that there some new orders on your main screen in the manager app that waiting to deliver.

Click on one or more of the deliveries, it will open list for courier selection and their status:

Choose the couriers and you will see the route planning screen:

Here you have some options:

The Couple button - will let the courier option to decline the order.

The Optimize button - will calculate and organize the optimal route for the courier.

The Calculate button - will calculate the ETA's and show it to you before attaching the

Then click on:

Finally - click on "Couple".

In the active orders (main screen in manager app) just click on the three dots then choose to cancel/reset the order:

If you want to see all the couriers in real-time on a map, go to the menu and press "Map"

To see all the couriers that currently in work, click on "Runners" in the menu
